Hi, Well, I do know that you had closed the pre-order but that is for the current selection at Tokyo Fashion I presume. What you had shown in the blogshop is not available on Tokyo Fashion already because I bought directly from Tokyo Fashion a long time ago (like 5 months ago) and is not sold in their current collection which you had open the spree only this month. Yes I had confirmed that all are available because I didnt know that there are sellers trying to profit from such clearance sale (I'm losing $$ here already). I had gone through all the trouble organizing the spree and uploading all the pics and taken the risk of "losing" money if the item does not sell. I simply feel that it's not right that other seller sell my items and pass off as their own and making a profit from it. If you had promised the buyers, and really want to keep your promise to them. I hope you can be honest and apologise. I will then look for the stocks I still have and sell them to you. Jenny

Hi. Hmm looks like u r e one losing ur promise. If ur clothes are not available, as a Responsible Seller, u shld inform me in hand whether u still have ur stock in hand. And u made mi and my aunty waited for weeks before u finally replied. And when we confirmed order, u oso din replied. I hope u wun treat ur customer tis way jus cos u tink that we r selling for commercial purpose. It's not fair to ur customer to wait w/o any reply from u. Even if u tink we are selling to other ppl and dun wan to sell to us, u could have inform us too. At least we get an answer from u. If u dun believe what I said, then I cannot do anytink to request you to sell ur clothes to me.I'll definitely not apologize for sth dat I did not tink I do wrong. I can understand that u r unhappy abt ppl selling ur clothes at a mark-up rate, but didnt u oso earn money, be it big or small, from ur Tokyo Fashion Spree? And din u earn money from selling ur clothes at ur blog shop? I'm sure u understand the purpose of opening an online shop is not to jus provide wide variety of clothing for customers, but the ultimate aim is to earn profit. Also, u r e one who set the price at tis rate,dat mean u r willing to let go of ur stocks at this price after much consideration. yet u r unhappy with ppl buying from u and sell at a mark-up rate. Didnt u mentioned that u r taking a risk as u scare ur clothes may not sell? Yet u r contradicting urself..ppl order from u yet u r not efficient in replying and choose buyers. Unless u r selling ur clothing from Tokyo Fashion and intend to donate all the money to a charity, else I see no wrong with ppl buying from u regardless for what purposes as it's a win-win situation. You get to recoup ur cost price(which is y u post up ur stocks in ur LJ. In fact the purpose of ur LJ seems to be selling stuff and promoting ur online shop. So u r selling ur belts and clothings at a loss too? ) and your customer get what she wants. Also, Tokyo Fashion may not know that u r earning profit by buying from them in bulk. If they are like u,I'm sure they wun b happy abt it too. And y did u buy in bulk in the first place? Doesnt that oso implies u may have the intention to sell off the clothes at a profit in the first place? Only to sell in ur LJ at a lower price now cos no one is buying? U say that u take so much trouble to set up the spree and upload photo and yet u claimed we r selling it at higher prices then u. But u shld noe that's e cost of earning from spree. Money don't come easily without any hardwork. Since u keep insist we r selling for commercial purposes, then what makes u tink we din put in any effort? Perhaps a suggestion to u, u may want customers to state down their purposes for buying so that u can ensure u r selling to the right customers who reeli wanted ur clothes for personal uses. Also, we strongly recommend u not to b a wholesaler, as u may be Unhappy when buyers purchase clothes from u and earn profit by marking up ur prices.

Anyway, for this blogshop, I put in effort to take pics and source for clothes and I actually fork out money first to buy unlike people who copy everything from my site and post it as their own and only buy when there's order. Spree was more for my friends and colleagues and I don't earn from it anyway. Btw, I'm not a wholesaler if you havent realise.

Hmm ur photos are all taken from website. So ur effort in copy paste photo from website to paste in LJ is not dat hard? Because I bought extra pieces to make up the 20 pieces so I AM risking isn't it? I have really BIG bag of stuff tat I can sell at below the price because I shop THAT much. If you had wanted it to sell at profit, you could have asked me beforehand and I won't have problem with that. I have problem with people who can't even admit doing what they do and came up with excuses and I'm glad you've taken down the post with my items.

Why should we trust what u say when u din even trust yr customer. How would we know if u would admit that u are actually earning profit fr yr spree? Since u are organising spree for yr frens, why do u have so much extra stocks in the end? So u are buying 11 clothes that u dont want to make up for that 9 clothes that u and yr fren want? Thats very generous of u. Since u are willing to sell it at the price and people is willing to buy fr u at that price, the deal ends here. When u buying cheap clothes from online shop or any retail shop, do the salesperson ever ask u are u going to resell their clothes? I think tats intruding in people's privacy.

I think you can stop emailing already. Since we've establish the fact tat I'm not selling you and you're not buying anymore. Plus I certainly do not need to explain anything to you I dun need to hear all your sarcastic comments and I dun want to email back and fro saying nasty things to each other.

So basically I wanted to cleared some brand new clothes I got from Tokyo Fashion and selling them at $5/piece (people who shop there knows that their clothes is min $12 to $18) because I needed to clear them. She took everything from my post and sell at her own blog at a profit. When there's orders, she will buy from me and sell tot hem.
For the pictures in my post, yup its from tokyo fashion, but I bought it from tokyo fashion directly, so I am showing what goods I have physically and selling at a loss while her on the other hand, have no physical goods, took my pictures and the measurements I take and type out and wanted to make some quick bucks. Who is she to say that I cannot use tokyo fashion's pictures. Plus I was mainly unhappy because of her rudeness and also for lying to me.
After the above email exchanges, I felt that I shouldn't had wasted my time with these kind of people.
But, maybe it' fate.... my friend who is a taobao agent (http://nanyanglife.blogspot.com/) was the one she used to buy all her items from taobao to sell in her shop. It's perfectly fine because everyone does that, me included. But what irks me is her attitude towards him.
Basically there's 2 payment she has to make to the agent, first payment is the price of the items, second payment is the international shipping cost. From my understanding, she has gotten 23 pairs of shoes. Nanyanglife did offer some discount to people who collect from his place ($2 to $5 if I'm not wrong) but Flair-Closet say because her father is driving down to his place, petrol is expensive so should deduct $15 from what she owe him.
She went down a total of 3 times and deducted a sum of money that she felt was right.
(Do you go and order a plate of chicken rice and tell the uncle, less rice, then instead of paying the full $3, you pay $2.70 because you say you ask for less rice -_-" )
Nanyanglife later did a calculation and realise the amount they deducted was way too much and ask back the money. And she was rude to him and told him that he was being stingy, that he Love money like his life and that because of the $25, he will lose a "big" customer and say will return his "BIG BIG BIG BIG" $25. That's why he was very unhappy and told me about this incident.
After hearing this, I found out who this person was and I wasn't surprise because of my prior experience with this person. Hence I posted in cozy cot's Taobao Good Buys thread the following posts and her replies with her multiple accounts in the thread.
I mean these nicks just got registered in Feb 2010 and first post they come in and comment on this and say I'm being bias. Haha.... enough said, let the posts below do the talking...

When I posted the above post, her mum called up Nanyanglife and insist he take down the post since they had return him the money. He called me up but I told him I'm just merely stating the facts plus I don't owe them anything, why should I take it down right?
Shortly after, I received a PM as below:

IGNORE!! I've learn from the previous experience that you do not need to respond to people like these...
As her CC nick bears the same name as her blogshop, she cannot risk using that account to defend herself because that would mean she exposes her blogshop (up till now, I've not told anyone which blogshop) so I expect her to create a new CC account and start to defend.

So I ask her to post her conversation with nanyanglife...actually it was email exchange which I found out later. She assumed I read her email.

So basically I didnt see her email to Nanyanglife as he just showed me bits and pieces of the stuff she wrote in the email. But it was enough information to see that her attitude stinks.
She accused me of reading her emails and intruding her privacy but I didnt read any emails. After she wrote such long and vicious post putting down Nanyanglife, I think I don't have to be "ethical" like her... so here's the email that she wrote to Nanyanglife.

This is the first email where she stated how she should deduct the cost of her petrol fees
So he asked her to return the amount she should transfer and she reply people like that lor.
Then I asked my friend what did he write to her?
Was he rude too?
He gave me the following:
This is to ask her to give back the money
This is to tell her that he is not sending the items to Outram anymore and that he wasn't the one who looked for her to use his services.
This is to tell her that she shouldn't order from him again because he only earn so little from her.
From the prices in her blogshop, I can quite safely say that she earns about $10 per pair of shoes she got. I think she got 23 pairs plus some other stuff (loads of spree in her site), so let's say she only earn $200 from this spree. From the calculation of Nanyanglife's fee, he probably earn less than $50, maybe even less than $40. Who is the bully here?
